Sign-up Process

When you first open Golfsome Maker you get to sign-up for an account. Your account allows you to put everyone you golf with in different groups. That way when you want to set up a golf game with your coworker golf friends, it’s as easy as clicking on that group of golfers. Clicking on a group is easier and quicker searching through your contacts each time. Golfsome Maker has two different ways you can sign-up after downloading the app. You can sign-up with your email account, or with Facebook. When you sign-up with Facebook, Golfsome Maker allows you to make golfing groups from your friends list.

Four Step Process:

Step 1: Pick a Date and Time

In the date box you type in what day you want to play golf. The date is written in a year-month-date format.

For example if you want to play a game of golf on May 22, 2018 you would type into the Golfsome Maker App 2018-05-22.

After you have selected the date you want to play you just have to enter in the time you want to play.

Step 2: Pick A Location

When you create a new event, you will be asked to pick a location.

In the text box you’re going to type in the name or address of the golf course you want to play at.

If you type in the name of the golf course into the text box, Golfsome maker will give you suggestions to make sure that it’s the right address, city, and state for the golf course you have selected.

Step 3: Picking A Golfing Group

Pick any of the groups you already set up, to send the evite to.

Or if you want you can add individuals from different groups. After you choose who you are going to invite to your golf game, you get to pick how many people you want to play with.

In the Max participants you can put any number . Commonly you play in a foursome (a group of four people) so you would enter in 4. However you can do this for as many people as you want.

Step 4: Send an Evite

After you filled out the time, date, location, and who is invited you can hit the create event. This will send the evite out to every person you invited to your golf game.

When they get the evite they either reply back with a yes or a no. Once the number you put in max participants clicked yes, the invite closes. For example if your max invite is 4 people, the first 3 people who click yes will be who you’re golfing with.
